Job Description
- Develop plans and strategies to serve development goals and achieve business results set by the enterprise.
- Support and monitor business plan implementation. Weekly and daily reports on business results, costs, and revenue; Make forecasts before the Board of Directors.
- Building and developing customer system
- Seek to develop relationships with customers and partners in the Contact Center.
- Caring for and building mechanisms for customers to increase inbound leads and maintain revenue
Requirement
- Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, or other economics-related fields.
- Previous experience as Sales Team Leader, Sales Director or equivalent positions.
- Have high achievements and regularly achieve/exceed sales. Proficient in soft skills such as presentation and communication.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the company’s services and products. Always be sensitive to business opportunities at hand.
