Job Description
- Manage and ensure product quality.
- Build quality management systems and processes.
- Product development and improvement.
- Analyze product quality data.
- Research and development to improve products.
- Manage and train staff in the department.
- Direct and implement training plans approved by the company’s board of directors.
- Urging and managing employees in the training department as well as daily activities in the department.
- Develop new, current training programs that are consistent with current trends (E learning).
- Organize and implement training programs. Develop monitoring and evaluation tools.
- Manage training costs Recruit human resources for the training department Identify training needs.
- Based on research, plan and implement training programs, preparing employees with the knowledge and skills needed to work better.
- Monitor employee attendance and actual performance during the training program.
- Manage the development of documents for training programs.
- Have a marketing strategy for the training program. Invite more speakers and instructors.
- Ensure completion of training KPIs.
- Prepare and present reports on training programs to company management.
Requirement
- 1 year of experience as a trainer or similar role.
- 1 year of experience designing training programs and seminars.
- Ability to lead a full training process.
- Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.
- Effective planning method.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and database software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
